If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48hour notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of your booked service. If your appointment is cancelled the day of or you don’t show up for your appointment you are required to pay 100% of your booked service before you are able to rebook. Lastly, please try to arrive on time. If you are more than 15minutes late, I cannot guarantee your full service will be preformed, however a full service fee will be charged.
